Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you buy the CNC machine monitoring plan from Autobits Labs Pvt Ltd, 601, The Millennium, Circle, 150 Feet Ring Rd, opp. RK Prime, Padmi Society, Nana Mava, Rajkot, Gujarat 360005, India ("Autobits", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. The plan

The plan gives you CNC machine monitoring software for one year, with real-time production, auto OEE calculation and downtime analysis.

2. Price and minimum order

The price is ₹5,499 per machine per year, plus GST. The minimum order is 5 machines. Any other taxes that apply are also payable by you.

3. Installation

Installation is included in the price. Once your PC is ready, we aim to finish installation within 1 to 2 days, and your machines then go live on our software.

4. Your industrial PC

You buy and own the industrial PC. It is not included in the price. It must meet the specification we give you, and you are responsible for keeping it powered and connected. One PC can connect many machines. For 100+ machines on one PC, an Intel Core i7 processor is needed.

5. Term and renewal

You pay once for each year. Each plan runs for one year and nothing is charged automatically. At the end of the year, you decide whether to renew by paying for the next year.

6. No cancellation or refund

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and no refund is given, in full or in part.

7. Support

Support is available Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Call +91 99131 99997.

8. Your data

We keep your machine data secure. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.
