What is CNC production monitoring?
CNC production monitoring collects data from your machines and shows live status, output, OEE and downtime on one screen, so you no longer depend on manual logbooks.
How much does it cost?
The plan is ₹5,499 per machine per year, plus GST, with a minimum of 5 machines. Installation is included.
What do I need to get started?
One industrial PC, which you buy yourself. One PC can connect many machines. If you connect 100+ machines to one PC, choose an Intel Core i7.
How quickly can we go live?
Once your PC is ready, installation is finished within 1 to 2 days.
Which machines and controllers does it work with?
Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi and Haas controllers. Older machines can be connected with external sensors. For other brands, talk to us and we will check.
How is OEE calculated?
OEE is Availability × Performance × Quality. The software works it out for you from machine data.
How does payment and renewal work?
You pay once a year, per machine, plus GST. Nothing is charged automatically, and you decide whether to renew when the year ends. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
What support do I get?
Our team is available Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
