What is CNC OEE software?

Software that reads your CNC machines and works out OEE (Availability × Performance × Quality) automatically, without manual logbooks.

How is OEE calculated?

Availability compares run time with planned time, performance compares actual output with ideal output, and quality compares good parts with total parts. The three are multiplied to give OEE.

Can we compare machines and shifts?

Yes. OEE is shown per machine and per shift, so you can compare them on one number.

Can reports match our format?

Yes. Custom reports can be built around the numbers you care about, next to the automatic production reports.

What is the price?

The plan is ₹5,499 per machine per year, plus GST. The minimum is 5 machines, which is ₹27,495 a year plus GST. Installation is included.

How do billing and renewal work?

You pay once a year per machine, plus GST. Nothing is charged automatically, and you decide whether to renew. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.

What PC do we need?

An industrial PC with an Intel Core i5-13420H, 16 GB RAM, a 512 GB SSD and 2 Gigabit LAN ports. For 100+ machines on one PC, choose an Intel Core i7.

What support is included?

Our team is available Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
